Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage takes your health seriously. I am committed to providing you with a stress-relieving therapeutic massage while maintaining your safety and the safety of myself.
I have been fully vaccinated since April 2021, with my latest booster in September 2022.

Please wear a mask if you have recently traveled, especially by plane/train/bus, or have attended a large gathering or event.
Please stay home if you are showing COVID-19 or Flu-like symptoms. I reserve the right to request you to wear a mask or send you home if you show up to your session sick and will be charged for the full amount of your session.
Please stay home if you are unvaccinated and have been exposed to anyone with any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms in the last 10 days. If you are vaccinated, please keep your mask on at all times, but are encouraged to reschedule.
Please stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days, even if you are asymptomatic after 5 days.
If I am not wearing a mask, and you would prefer I do so, please don't hesitate to ask.
Sanitation
Hand sanitizer is available in the waiting area and treatment room.
All exposed surfaces are sanitized thoroughly with hospital-grade disinfectants.
A HEPA air purifier with a UV-C sanitizer runs constantly throughout the day.
A wipeable, protective sheet sits on top of the table and underneath the sheets. All linens, blankets, and face-cradle covers between clients are changed between clients.
Before and after each session, I thoroughly wash from my hands to my elbows.
ARRIVAL/ CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW
New clients agree to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to review paperwork and go over any questions the client or therapist may have. Returning clients agree to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to get the session started on time.
Arriving late to your appointment will compromise your massage duration. If you are 15+ minutes late, this will be considered a no-show and you will be charged for the full session.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you agree to give at least 24 hours' notice. A 50% cancellation fee is implemented for cancellations within 24 hours. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged 100% of the missed service.
In the event that you no-call/no-show, you will be charged the full amount for the missed session.
No call/showing 2 times will result in the possibility of the firing of the client or the requirement of pre-paying for future appointments up to my discretion.
An invoice will be sent to your email on file to be paid in full within 7 days or future sessions will be canceled. Rejuvenation reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis and waive/adjust fees accordingly. If you have to cancel due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible via text at 269.447.1302.
RESPECT FOR CLIENT-THERAPIST BOUNDARIES
I am happy to adjust pressure, music volume, temperature, and focus on specific areas or just help you relax. You may leave on as much clothing that is needed for your comfort and at any point, you have the power to refuse any massage methods/techniques or stop the massage.
You will always be modestly draped and I will only un-drape the area of the body I am presently working on. Clients will always be kept informed of the areas intended to be massaged. Sexual interaction or discussion of ANY KIND is inappropriate and will result in immediate termination of the service and proper authorities will be contacted if necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY
Prior to each massage session, your treatment plans, goals, and preferences
will be discussed with you.
Personal information, appointments, conditions, and discussions between clients and your massage therapist at Rejuvenation will be kept confidential. Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage will never lease, sell, or provide any of my information to an outside party without explicit client consent.
