Covid Safety

Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage takes your health seriously. I am committed to providing you with a stress-relieving therapeutic massage while maintaining your safety and the safety of myself.

I have been fully vaccinated since April 2021, with my booster in December 2021

  • If you are fully vaccinated, it is up to your discretion if you would like to wear a mask/keep your mask on during your session. If you are unvaccinated, please keep your mask on at all times.

  • If I am not wearing a mask and you would prefer I do, please let me know! I have absolutely no problem wearing a mask for your comfort and safety.

  • Please stay home if you are unvaccinated and have been exposed to anyone with any COVID or flu-like symptoms in the last 10 days. If you are vaccinated, please keep your mask on at all times, but are encouraged to reschedule

  • Please stay home if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days, even if you are asymptomatic after 5 days.

  • I will stay home if I do not feel well and send clients home who show up with Covid 19, or Flu-like symptoms. I reserve the right to request you to wear a mask or send you home if you are showing any signs of illness.

  • ​Please be aware that if required by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), your information will be provided for possible contact tracing

Face Masks

Out of an abundance of caution, I will be keeping mine on for the time being. Please stay home if you are showing COVID or Flu-like symptoms. I reserve the right to request you to wear a mask or send you home if you are showing any signs of illness.

COVID-19 Vaccine

If you have received your COVID Vaccination/Booster, it is recommended to wait at least 2 days after your last shot before receiving a massage due to delayed reactions that may stem from the vaccine.

 

Please contact me if you had your vaccine/booster within the 2 days prior to your appointment to discuss how you are feeling and how to proceed.

Sanitation

Hand sanitizer is available in the waiting area and treatment room.

 

All exposed surfaces are sanitized thoroughly with hospital-grade disinfectants.

 

The room has a HEPA air purifier with a

UV-C sanitizer, which runs constantly throughout the day.

Before each session, I sanitize a wipeable, protective sheet that sits on top of the table warmer. I also continue to change all linens, blankets, and face-cradle covers between clients.

Before and after each session, I thoroughly wash from my hands to my elbows.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, especially if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to anyone with any Covid or flu-like symptoms, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

 

Your card will be charged, or an invoice will be sent, in the full amount of your service if you cancel with less than 8 hours' notice.

 

No call, no shows will still be charged full price.

Policies

Arrival

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment in order to control the number of people within the building. However, arriving late to your appointment will compromise your massage duration, with the possibility of your session being canceled completely. Please silence your cell phone upon arrival.

New Clients

New clients are required to pre-pay for your 1st session. Please look for your confirmation email with any need to know information like location and COVID policies. Please email back the intake form attatched to your confirmation email before your 1st session. Feel free to text me at 269.447.1302 for any questions.

Privacy Policy

Personal information, appointments, conditions, and discussions between clients and your massage therapist at Rejuvenation will be kept confidential. Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage will never lease, sell, or provide any of my information to an outside party without explicit client consent.
