About Rejuvenation
I have always had a passion for helping others, whether it be physically or emotionally, and holding space for others through touch has been a natural source of comfort for as long as I can remember.
As a young child, I lived with debilitating migraines for almost 12 years of my life. Massage therapy was one of the few things that could bring me comfort, and that experience showed me how meaningful skilled bodywork can be. This is what ultimately inspired me to help others in their quest to live as happy, pain-free, and as comfortable as possible.
I believe bodywork is about more than relaxation. Whether you're seeking pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or simply time to recharge, every session is personalized to your goals. No two bodies are the same, and your care shouldn't be either.
At Rejuvenation, everyone is welcome. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care in an environment where every client is treated with respect, kindness, and without judgment.
I believe every session should have a purpose. By combining thoughtful assessment with a variety of therapeutic techniques, including RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, I strive to help you move better, hurt less, and leave feeling supported in your journey toward better health.

Education & Career
Channeling my desire to help others, I began my bodywork journey in 2011 at the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts, Institute for Massage Education. Since then, I have worked in both spa and medical settings, deepening my expertise in relaxation and chronic pain relief.
Throughout this time, I have gained certifications in Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy, Facial Cupping, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset - Upper Body, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Advanced Facial Massage techniques, and countless other continuing education hours.
I am passionate about lifelong learning to ensure the best possible care for those I work with.
