RAPID NeuroFascial Reset - Upper Body
Focused care for stubborn upper-body pain, movement restrictions, and improved mobility.
RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (RAPID NFR) is a movement-based, neuroscience-driven technique designed to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore natural movement by working with the nervous system.

Whether your discomfort is recent or something you've been living with for years, RAPID focuses on identifying and addressing protective tension patterns that may be limiting how you move and function.
Treating the body at the neurological level stimulates a reprogramming of the tissue. Tight muscles relax, range of motion is restored, and pain is eliminated. This helps individuals quickly get back to normal life.

What does a RAPID NFR session look like?
Rapid sessions are very different from traditional massage:
-
You remain fully clothed
-
Sessions are interactive and movement-based
-
Treatment is focused and specific to the problem area
-
Sessions are typically shorter (30-45 minutes)
-
The goal is improved function, movement, and pain relief, not simply time on the table.

Each appointment includes a combination of assessment and treatment. Using targeted hands-on techniques and specific movements, we work with your nervous system to help identify and release protective tension patterns that may be limiting your ability to move freely.
Some movements or techniques may feel intense or uncomfortable at times. This sensation is part of the process as we work with the nervous system to help reduce protective patterns, improve mobility, and support more efficient movement.
While every person is different, most treatment plans involve approximately 2–8 sessions, often scheduled weekly or every other week. We'll reassess your progress along the way and discuss the best path forward together.
Is RAPID right for me?
RAPID NFR may be a good fit if you are looking for a focused approach to:
-
Persistent pain or discomfort that hasn't improved with stretching, massage, or other approaches
-
Limited mobility or movements that feel restricted
-
Stubborn areas of tension that keep returning
-
Pain that affects your daily activities, exercise, or quality of life
If you're primarily looking for relaxation, stress relief, or a full-body therapeutic massage experience, a massage session may be the better fit.
